At Hillsdale Lily Garden, we want you to love your lilies as much as we do. Because we ship live plants, all sales are final. However, we stand behind the quality of our plants and offer the following guarantees to ensure your gardening success:

1. Shipping Recovery Guarantee

We carefully package our plants to ensure they arrive safely. If your plant does not recover from the stress of shipping, we will gladly replace it for you.

2. One-Year Plant Guarantee

We guarantee the health of our plants for one full year from the date of purchase. If your plant does not survive within its first year, we will provide a replacement.

3. Correct Bloom Guarantee

We take great care in labeling our varieties, but nature can sometimes surprise us! When your plant blooms, if it turns out to be the incorrect variety or bloom, we will replace it with the correct one.
